Bernie Bear .

bearIt was raining in the morning and the shepherd decided to look for some honey. On his way he met a bear. He was very frightened.

The shepherd tried to escape but he heard a voice. It was the bear. He didn’t believe himself. But the bear didn’t talk! The bear came closer to the shepherd and took him where  the bear lived. He met his family. They invited him for dinner too. He accepted .The following day the shepherd went to the bear’s house and ate with the family. They gave him some honey for his family.

When the shepherd got home with the honey, he told his story to his family. But they didn’t believe him. Every Friday, he went to the bear’s house and they gave him some honey. He couldn’t forget the bear .

Pork chop and steaks, butter and milk, shoes and woollen pullovers-there and many other come from animals kept on farms, such as cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and hens. All farm animalswere once wild, but about 10,000 years ago people began to capturd and domestic (tame) them to provide a ready supply of meat , malk ,eggs ,fur ,wool and leather. Since than farmers have bred farm animals to make them bigger and meatier, for example, or to give more milk. Now there are many hundreds of breds, each known for a special quality.
